From the moment I had my first party, I have been obsessed with Balloons!  

Launching Kozmos Dezigns in 2018, we have been making visual dreams a reality for our clients, whilst having fun in the process!

November 2019, we rebranded to becoming Cosmopolitan Balloons.

A new, fun and fresh approach to balloon artistry! Our aim to be BOLD, be UNIQUE in our designs and business approach! Located in South East Victoria, we are excited to work on private and corporate parties and events across the city!
